ONLINE PILATES CLASSES

I teach an online Pilates class every Thursday morning at 9.30 am.  These sessions are 30 minutes long so are ideal to fit into your busy life.  They are recorded so are available to access whenever is convenient and however many times you wish.

There are over 100 sessions, including, hip mobility, spine mobility, core strength, shoulder mobility, core strength.

The cost of online sessions is currently £10 for four weeks.

I try to keep the cost of my online sessions low to encourage more people to feel the benefit of Pilates.
